The session is scheduled via Google Meet and you can choose to join by video or phone, it's up to you.
Absolutely, if something comes up and you need to change the time/date of your session, just email us at hello@loverenovate.co.uk at least 24 hours before it starts and we'll be happy to change it to a more suitable time.
After your initial 30 minute session, if you require further help then we can arrange a follow up session, which can be longer if required.
