Our story
At UNFOLD Architecture + Design Ltd, we believe that each project deserves an individualised approach in order to produce site-specific and creative design solutions which achieve our clients' objectives. We have extensive experience in all aspects of architectural design, including new builds, interior design, extensions, refurbishments, working within conservation areas and retrofitting existing buildings to exceed current standards.
The services provided on our previous projects range from feasibility studies and concept design to planning applications, technical design, tendering the project and on-site monitoring through to completion. In providing a full spectrum of architectural services, we can tailor these to suit each project’s requirements.
The RIBA provides useful guidance on working with an Architect for your home and for projects of all scales. To ensure that our clients receive the best possible service, we follow the RIBA Plan of Work.
UNFOLD Architecture + Design Ltd was established in 2017 and based in South East London. We have successfully undertaken a number of small to medium sized projects for both domestic and commercial clients.
