NLA were approached to design a contemporary and energy efficient farmhouse suitable for family living. The obvious solution was to demolish the existing substandard house and redundant steading and replace it with a new structure on a similar footprint, providing the type and size of spaces required by the brief.
The general concept and brief behind the design of the new replacement dwelling has been to create a contemporary, energy efficient and spacious home suitable for modern living
