Our story

Simon Merrony Architects has been established for the past 22 years occupying a busy High Street location in Teddington, South West London. We work mostly in the residential sector on extensions, refurbishment, and small scale housing sites.

We see most projects through to their completion and have many happy clients living in our designs across the South West of London. All projects will face planning, technical and financial constraints but we find these are often what makes a project great! And we love coming up with smart design solutions in response.

We have an experienced and talented team led by Simon who has been established over 25 years. He worked as senior Architect for several high profile London practices before setting up his own practice in 1995, concentrating predominantly on residential design in the UK and commercial interior design in Moscow.

Simon Merrony Architects has won the Design & Conservation award for Richmond and designed one of the first integrated roof-light/ solar panel schemes for a residential slate roof in the UK.
